What is the point of turning a 4-door car in to a 2-door car. Would it not cost more building this than just buying a 2-door to start with?
Either way, I'm going to have to lean on this being a NP.

The door looks like a weird proportion because of the change. If it was a true two-door car, the door would be longer.

It looks odd but whoever did it did a good job.

But they didn't make 4-door versions of those, they made 2-door '67 Malibu's.

That's because someone made this... In Florida.

I think it looks terrible. I see what they were going for, but if you were going through the trouble, why not use the longer doors from a coupe? Or like you said, just start with a coupe. Kind of ridiculous. To each their own. I wouldnt be trying to sell it though, going to be hard to find a buyer for something only a few people like. Should have suicide doored the thing!

That makes no sense when you can buy a perfectly good 2-door post 300 model for less.

It is extremely well done, that is why I wonder how much it cost.

For the price though, it would be pretty difficult to find a classic in that condition.

maybe, but it is painted refrigerator/rental car white that looks pretty peely, and I can guarantee you can find yourself a decent 4 door driver for 10 large, not a coupe, but a sedan for sure

no it was a popular thing to do in the 80's and early 90's. most were built for drag racing.
